Terms and Conditions
Welcome to Tattoo Cover Makeup Service. Please carefully review the following terms and conditions, as they apply to all bookings made with us.
1. Booking and Payment
- A 50% deposit of the total service fee is required to secure your booking. This deposit must be transferred to our nominated bank account within [time frame, e.g., 5 business days] of the booking confirmation.
- The remaining 50% of the total fee must be paid in cash on the day of the service.
- All bookings are confirmed only once the deposit has been received.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
- If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
- In the event of cancellation:
- 25% of the total service fee will be retained as a non-refundable booking fee.
- The remaining amount of your deposit (25% of the total service fee) will be refunded to you.
- Cancellations made less than [time frame, e.g., 48 hours] prior to the service may result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
3. Interstate Travel
For interstate bookings, the client will be responsible for covering the following travel expenses:
- Airfares for the artist(s).
- Transport to and from the airport (including any required transfers).
- Accommodation for the night before the event, if required, to ensure the artist is available and prepared for your booking.
These costs will be calculated and provided to you at the time of booking.
4. Service Requirements
- It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate information regarding the tattoo(s) that need to be covered. We may request photos or additional details to assess the scope of the service and ensure proper preparation.
- Please ensure the area to be covered is clean and ready for makeup application on the day of your booking.
5. Changes to Bookings
- Any changes to your booking (e.g., date, location, or number of tattoos to be covered) must be communicated to us as early as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but they may be subject to availability and additional fees.
6. Liability
- Tattoo Cover Makeup Service takes every precaution to ensure the makeup is applied professionally and safely. However, we cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions or issues arising from the application process.
- We are not liable for any damage to clothing or other items during or after the makeup application.
7. Photography and Use of Images
- With your consent, we may take photos of the finished makeup for promotional purposes. We will always ask permission before using any images publicly.
